Consignment Agreement
The above referenced consignor authorises Only Worn Once Boutique to sell and liquidate the consignor’s items. This agreement is between the consignor and Only Worn Once Boutique.
Consignment period is for a minimum of 60 days. All items must be authentic, in immaculate condition, clean and hanger ready on reception. If repairs are recommended, Only Worn Once Boutique will require the consignor to pay for repair costs before the item(s) is put on consignment. Only Worn Once Boutique reserves the right to charge the consignor a dry cleaning fee of £5 - £10 per item received below selling standard.
Only Worn Once Boutique reserves the right to reject any item. The consignor is responsible for the shipping and cost of shipping when sending any item to Only Worn Once Boutique. DPD parcel collection service is available to the consignor arranged by Only Worn Once Boutique for a £19.99 fee. This service is tracked and insured by DPD. Only Worn Once Boutique declines any responsibility for any lost or damaged item before reception.
Only Worn Once Boutique will determine a listing price depending on current market value. Items colour, brand, size and condition will be factors when setting the price of the item.The listing price will be submitted to the consignor for agreement.
Only Worn Once Boutique may offer discounts or promotions up to 20% during the consignment agreement without notice, unless previously agreed otherwise.
Commission and Fees:
Final sale price up to £1000 - Consignor receives 70% Only Worn Once Boutique receives 30%
Final sale price over £1000 - Consignor receives 75% Only Worn Once Boutique receives 25%
Kids items - Consignor receives 65% Only Worn Once Boutique receives 35% Any other % must be agreed prior to selling.
A 2% third party payment processing fee may be deducted from the final sale price on all items.
Proceeds are payable the Friday of the following week after the date of sale. Should the customer return the item within 7 days, the payment will be cancelled until the sale is final.
Only Worn Once Boutique will be responsible for the entire selling process including photographing, listing, promoting, handling enquiries and payments, packaging, shipping, maintaining and storing your item(s). If the item(s) does not sell within the 60 day period, the consignor can request the item back or reduce the item price and extend the consignment agreement for another 30 days. If the consignor requests items to be returned to them within the agreed 60 day consignment period, the consignor is required to pay a release fee of £10 per item. This fee reflects Only Worn Once Boutique’s upfront costs of storing, cataloguing and photographing the item in preparation for the sale. The consignor will be reliable for return shipping costs.
Only Worn Once Boutique may update or change any of the terms and conditions of this agreement at any time in our sole discretion upon 30 days notice. By sending us your items, this you hereby affirm agreement with all of the points outlined in this document.
